Refund Policy
At Mo'Naturals we value the complete satisfaction of our customers & our products; however, once an order has been placed & shipping is confirmed, we do NOT accept cancellations, returns or exchanges.
Shipping
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order, this does not include weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed during holidays or promotions will extend lead time. Shipping (in transit), typically takes 2-3 days business days after processing. Please ensure all shipping information is correct as there will be no refund or cancellation after shipping is confirmed.
Canceling an order
Although, we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, before it has been shipped or packed for shipment – by reaching out to us via email.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Mo'Naturals due to the incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer, or if the customer is not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Mo'Naturals is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
Incorrect/Wrong Orders
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustment unless notified. So please verify that you entered the correct address, before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address you can email us at Monaturalsllc1@gmail.com with the correct shipping address before your order has shipped. Note: Once an order has shipped we will not update the address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mo'Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Mo'Naturals will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information & shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. It is the purchaser's responsibility to inquire about your lost or stolen package.
Damaged Products
If damage occurs to your product during shipment, contact us by email immediately at monaturalsllc1@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, email address, and photos of damaged items. Only online purchases from www.monaturalshaircare.com are accepted for damaged returns.
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You should receive credit within 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.
